Reviews
What customers say.
Commercial wrap work for Salt Lake City's trades. Our verified reviews live on our Google Business Profile — check there for the latest from customers we've wrapped.
Why we collect reviews
A wrap shop's reputation is what makes the next customer's first phone call easier. We ask every customer for a review after their install — not because reviews are a vanity metric, but because they hold us accountable.
Every review is a public commitment. If we ship a wrap that lifts at the corners six months in, the customer says so out loud and we fix it. If we run a project that ships late or comes in over the quote, the customer says so out loud and we own it. We work this way because the people we've worked with hold us to it — not because we ask nicely or screen the bad ones out.
Read them. Then read the vehicle wrap cost guide and decide whether the math works. That's the order most of our customers do it in.
Read our reviews
The reviews that matter are the ones our customers write themselves, in public, where we can't edit them — 5 stars on Google and Yelp. Read them straight from the source:

Want to leave a review?
If you're an IGX customer and we earned it, the easiest place to leave a review is Google. Two minutes; helps the next service-industry owner know what to expect.
Bad experience?
If something went sideways on your job, call or text Dan directly: (801) 648-9727.
We fix it. No customer service runaround, no "let me escalate this" loop. Dan reads every one of these and the team has the standing instruction to make it right — replacement, refund, redo, whatever the actual fix is.
A wrap shop earns its reputation not by being perfect on every job (nobody is) but by handling the not-perfect jobs cleanly. That's the part that matters.
